submitted by Maria A. - |Recommended: YesLove Living Here — Me and my girls moved here about 6 months ago, I hadn't written a review because I wanted to have experienced what living here was first and I have to say that we love living here so far, the people from the office and the maintenance guys are super nice and respectful. I had an issue in the kitchen and some miscellaneous stuff, they came to fix it almost right away, they were very communicative all the time. Noise is minimum, except for the planes from the base LOL, neighbors at least mine are quiet and nice. I love that management have made different activities for the families that live here. Personally speaking the only complain I might have is the dog poop other people from the complex do not pick up and I know maintenance do the best they can, but overall we love living here so far.

submitted by Alexander V. - |Recommended: YesGreat Apt Small issues. — Wonderful construction, parking is great, friendly neighbor's, and prefessional leasing staff. Unfortunately when we moved in there was a leak under our sink that hadn't been fixed from the previous occupants, our water heater wasn't working either and matience doesn't run on the weekend except for emergency services, so it was a weekend of cold showers, and their was no one with me when I did my walk through so I couldn't get the problems addressed day of move in. All in all, not bad a bad experience, just wish things would have been taken care of when we moved in.
