I am totally satisfied with my new home and friendly neighbors, and the maintenance man is my hero rescuing me from too much air conditioning Not knowing how to operate it. |Recommended: YesAmazing — Even though I’ve only been here a short time so far I would recommend this place to live. Staff is friendly from the office all the way to maintenance. Neighbors are friendly. The grounds are clean.

|Recommended: YesGreat Management Team — Aside from am awesome management team and that this location is central to my family, what sealed the deal was the very affordable cost AND the lowest media package. There's just no good reason for other places to rip off tenants with a media package no one wants or could afford ON TOP of rent when Internet packages are so much more affordable nowadays.
I'm in a 1 bdrm 1 bath. The walk-in closet is so huge, as well as the master bedroom. I'm going to have fun filling up my new digs and making it my own.

The Staff are very professional. Going through my paperwork was a hassle but with Tara's help, she made everything goes smoothly for me. Even though Tara was super busy on the day I received my keys, she made sure everyone was well taken care of. Thank you Tara and thanks to Orchard Cove Apartments for the warm welcome 😊.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location Family Friendly — I've only lived at Orchard Groves for a little while, but I am very happy with my initial experience. The leasing office staff was wonderful, the process was easy, the unit itself is really great.
|Recommended: YesAlright — Good place for a small family. It has its flaws but good yard space and plenty of playgrounds for kids to run around.
