|Recommended: YesGreat Apt Small Issues. — Wonderful construction, parking is great, friendly neighbor's, and prefessional leasing staff. Unfortunately when we moved in there was a leak under our sink that hadn't been fixed from the previous occupants, our water heater wasn't working either and matience doesn't run on the weekend except for emergency services, so it was a weekend of cold showers, and their was no one with me when I did my walk through so I couldn't get the problems addressed day of move in. All in all, not bad a bad experience, just wish things would have been taken care of when we moved in.

The grounds are generally well kept, the amenities are great, and we have never had any issues getting our concerns addressed. We feel at home

|Recommended: YesA Great And Affordable Place To Live — This is the 2nd time I've lived on this property. We moved to UT in 2018 and lived here just 1 year. The only reason why we left was because we bought a house. Then when we sold our house, we didn't even look for anywhere else to go, we came straight back to orchard cove. The staff is super friendly, the apartments are spacious we live in a 3 bedroom , the amenities are nice, overall a great place to live. I'd recommend them to anyone
