The grounds are generally well kept, the amenities are great, and we have never had any issues getting our concerns addressed. We feel at home

|Recommended: YesA Great And Affordable Place To Live — This is the 2nd time I've lived on this property. We moved to UT in 2018 and lived here just 1 year. The only reason why we left was because we bought a house. Then when we sold our house, we didn't even look for anywhere else to go, we came straight back to orchard cove. The staff is super friendly, the apartments are spacious we live in a 3 bedroom , the amenities are nice, overall a great place to live. I'd recommend them to anyone

The Staff at Orchard Cove are very helpful and very nice. You send them it a request it gets completed right away. I have recommended this community to all my friends wanting to find a better place to live.
