|Recommended: YesEnjoying My New Home — I've been living here for 18 months and am more than impressed with every aspect. The apartments are considerably spacious, the grounds are kept very clean, and maintenance is quick to respond and are usually out within a day of any request submission.
The Leasing office, managers and other employees handle pertinent issues respectfully, and are actually HAPPY to help. With the office's frequent memorandums and awesome communication with it's residents, it shows that management really cares about the well-being of everyone who lives here. This place is feeling more and more like HOME, and that means everything to me

Tenants seem to not care about picking up after their animals even though the property provides convenient receptacles all throughout the grounds.
Luckily, near my apartment we don't have a huge “dog poo” issue but when walking my dog throughout the grounds I do notice a lot of tenants are careless about picking up after their dogs.
The assigned Parking situation doesn’t quite make sense. Those that have apartments in the interior of the property have parking that is farther away from those that are close to the exterior...
It’s more common that tenants are parking in unassigned spaces due to a distance convenience. .
However, there are plenty of parking spaces available and easily accessible. I personally find it more convenient to park in unassigned spaces vs. my designated parking spot and have noticed that my neighbors do the same.
All in all I am very happy with orchard cove apartments

|Recommended: YesIt's Great, Moved In Easily And Nobody Is A Bother. — It's nice and quiet, the apartment is built well and the neighbors are kind. Though, there has been some issues with dog waste around the area.

|Recommended: YesIt Has Been Nice Living Here — Living here has been great the past few months. The staff are nice, and the grounds are clean. However, They should specify more on advertisements that they only allow dogs and not pets like their signs say. We wish the hot tub was open more often, but other than those two things we have been pretty satisfied living here.
|Recommended: YesGreat Property Well Kept — I have never really had any issues living here. The staff is very friendly and always helpful with whatever I need. Parking is better than most apartments I have ever seen.
|Recommended: YesBest Apartment In Ogden Layton Area — I am very sad to be leaving this complex. From move-in to move-out, everything has been great. The price you pay for the amount of space you get is a steal. This is the one apartment complex I feel that doesn't overcharge. The apartment could use an update for appliances and flooring, but I think I am in an older unit. You can hear your upstairs neighbor's every move which is common in any complex. Staff is friendly and it a safe location. Highly recommend living here.
|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex — This apartment complex is so amazing We needed somewhere temporarily after we sold our house and they worked so well with us. The apartments are spacious and very clean, with lots of storage, all while paying a low price in rent. We love how well the grounds are kept and that we can have our pets. The pool is clean and kept at a great temperature and my daughter enjoyed the small splash pad kiddie pool. There are multiple playgrounds all around the complex for your children to enjoy. We have been so grateful for such a nice place.
