MAINTENANCE IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND SUCCEEDS IN MAKING SURE YOUR TAKEN CARE OF. THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND STAFF ARE WONDERFUL AND VERY HIGH EDUCATED ON THERE PERFORMANCE. THEY TREAT EACH TENANT AS HOW THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED ALSO, THEY DEFINITELY RESPECT AND HONOR OUR MILITARY ORCHARD COVE IS VERY PERFESSIONAL THANK YOU FOR 6 YEARS OF GREAT SERVICE

|Recommended: YesI Think The Property Is Extremely Clean, I Took My Son For A Walk And The Neighbors Are So Friendly And Each Park We Walked By Was Very Clean And The Playgrounds Were Very Nice — i would tell them its a very quiet area and its great for kids, i would tell them the layout and the way the apartments look is very spacious and the bedrooms are really good size even the small bedroom its a great size for a kids room, the parking is very nice and close to the apartment you're in, i like the dumpsters also being close to where we are at. ive overall had an amazing experience having this be my first apartment
