The community is well maintained and quiet. I would recommend Orchard Cove to anyone looking for a nice place to live in Roy.
|Recommended: YesGreat Overall Place To Live — I was able to find an apartment at Orchard Cove super fast I had a two week window to find some sort of living arrangement and found this place. They actually sped up the cleaning repainting process so that i could move in sooner than the apartment would have been ready. Convenience or coincidence Maybe both but it was awesome. The staff was so nice and easy to work with.
Maintenance staff is quick to fix things usually, the grounds keeper makes this place look great. He is out every morning picking up trash or shoveling salting the walkways and is always friendly. One morning it had dumped so much snow and he was heading the opposite way than i needed to go with the snow blower. He saw me come down and he stopped turned back around and went the way i usually go so i didn't have to walk in the snow. I thought that was so nice
The thing with apartments that i feel people don't understand is that your going to hear your neighbors. I don't think there is an apartment complex where you can't hear your neighbors. Welcome to apartment life. There is a point i guess if they are playing loud music after hours consistently where it would be an issue but i must have good neighbors because its pretty quiet at my place.
I could go on and on but overall i would recommend this place. I've been living her for 2.5 years. Its in the perfect part of town where you are close to the freeways, restaurants and grocery stores.

A great location and beautiful grounds always impress. And most of all- incredibly affordable Such a great decision to live at Orchard Cove
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments, Especially Considering The Price — They are fairly typical apartments, but when you consider price, and the size, they are a great deal. The area is great, plenty of amenities nearby. Only downfall is parking can sometimes be slightly annoying. However, if you have a standard sedan your car will fit fine in your assigned spot. Having a truck, I use the open parking, and sometimes have to park further away, but its really just a minor annoyance than an issue. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All work orders I have had to put in have been completed quickly with little to no evidence they were there, other than the problem being corrected. Definitely a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesGreat! — Amazing apartments and staff. Beautifully kept. Maintenance has always been very nice and fast. Pretty quiet here also, just the normal apartment noises. I love that there's access to the pool and workout room and also a few different playgrounds around.
