|Recommended: YesConvenient Location To Work, Shopping Freeway — Nice starter apartments, couples or singles. Those older children or dependent parents may find space a bit cramped. Neighbors upstairs are easily heard if running or heavy walkers, especially at night. . Cannot overhear conversations or TVs. Overall, nice apartments.
|Recommended: YesI Have Loved Love Living Here — This was my first apartment and it has been the best expirence I love it here so much it’s a quiet safe neighbor hood I’m a femal and I’m never savored to be home alone my only complaint is how long the constuction has lasted. I have a really bad bad and I was really exited to be able to spend time in the hot tub and relax in fact when I chose this apt that was one of the big selling points for me but with the constuction it has been closed since I even moved in.

|Recommended: YesThis Place Is A Hidden Diamond — Orchard Cove isn’t without it’s flaws cats wandering around and using the sandbox where many, many kids play and swing as a litter box is definitely a big one . HOWEVER, most of the staff is wonderful and kind and all are professional, the maintenance timing is without compare, the atmosphere is homey and comfortable, the apartments are big, neighbors are pretty respectful, there are several places for children to play, and we never have to go far to find decent parking. I would absolutely recommend Orchard Cove to a friend.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Clean And Well Maintained — I have lived here for 7 years. it's a decent place to live but you will hear your neighbors. But for an apartment, the rooms are pretty big and I have not any any major problems with any of the neighbors. Any time there has been an issue for maintenance, they are quick to get it fixed. The staff has always been nice and easy to work with. I enjoy living here. I love the fact that you can have your own washer and dryer in your apartment.
|Recommended: YesBest Home Living — I currently rent one of the 3 bedroom condo style apartments, and what I like about it the most is that I can rarely hear my next door neighbors. Our apartment connects directly with 2...one on my east side and one on my south side, and occasionally I might hear the water run, but never any voices.
I also like the yards and everyone is so friendly.

|Recommended: YesIt Is A Good Place, As Far As Apartments Go, To Live For The 1 Year We Were There. — Walls were a little thin, but my neighbors weren't noisy enough to have to complain. Very clean and good for kids to run around and play. We had a pretty good experience living here.
