|Recommended: YesFirst Time Apartment Dweller — As a recent college graduate I was looking for a place that would provide me with everything I needed as well as a convenient driving distance from work. I appreciate the covered parking so I don't have to scrap my car every winter morning. I love having a washer dryer in my apartment. I can throw a load in before work and I don't have to worry where my clothes will end up. This is my first apartment and it's a great one
|Recommended: YesLife At The Cove — I liked it for most part. Office staff was nice. Its always difficult when u have teenagers that are used to house and trying to get them to understand bout noise. Felt like my neighbors also confused my next door neighbors late night partying and disruptions with my kidz. But its apt living, otherwise apts are big and Heidi the manager seems to take a lot of pride in making sure her property is up-dated and in good repair.

Maintenance handles every order fast and efficient.
The office staff is very friendly and it's nice that they even remember my name.
The pool area is always kept up and clean.
My apartment is spacious and I don't hear much from the neighbors above me. Footsteps is a given, but that's to be expected moving into a bottom floor apartment, but they don't bother me at all.
I've been very happy living here the last 2 years and just signed on for another 14 months.
I'd definitely recommend this place
|Recommended: YesQuiet Community. Maintenance Team Professional And On Point. — I have no complaints about the overall qualify of life this community offers. My only concern conplaint would be there are not designated smoking areas. I would appreciate this to be established because I personally do not smoke and I do not appreciate people smoking underneath my balcony and i am pretty sure I am not the only non-smokers living here .
I live in the 3rd floor, so naturally, whether people chose to smoke in front of the bldg or under the trees their smoke travels toward my windows and balcony. In the Fall and Spring I could close the windows and balcony door, but during the hot Summer that is almost impossible to do.
Other than this issue, management has always been very helpful and professional. They are all very efficient and maintenance requests get taken cared of in a timely manner. The only noise I hear is coming from the playground, which is normal considering there are a lot of children here and as a mom myself, I much rather see and hear children enjoying themselves outdoors, as opposed to knowing they never leave their apts. because that isn't healthy.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — This is a quiet, but friendly community. Grounds are well-kept and maintenance requests are tended to in a timely fashion. Front office personnel are quick to help and answer questions.

The staff is kind, professional and great at getting back to us if there are any issues. We have been there for 6 years now and we really love it. The only thing is that I wish the appliances were updated. They function just fine though.
