|Recommended: YesFeels Like Home — WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR A PLACE FOR MY CHILDREN AND I, I IMMEDIATELY FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THE STAFF AT ORCHARD COVE. IT IS GREAT TO HAVE SO MANY KIDS AROUND FOR MY KIDS TO PLAY WITH, AND I HAVENT HAD ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE APARTMENT SINCE.
|Recommended: YesGreat Price For The Location And Size — We have lived here for almost two years and have enjoyed our stay here We'll be here for a few years yet. The maintenance crew is fantastic and they do a through job. The office staff knows who you are especially if you are an Amazon regular shopper and do their best to help solve any issues at hand. The only thing I wish that was different was that my kitchen appliances were a little higher end, and not just base model. It would be nice to have an oven with a window or an easy-to-clean glass top stove, that would be the icing on the cake for me During the summer, the outdoor pool is the perfect place to cool off and my daughter looks forward to any time she can be in the pool splashing away

|Recommended: YesPerfect Over And Above What I Hoped For In Apartment Living. — We have been here a little over 3 months and so far it has been wonderful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We needed 2 minor things taken care of at move in and maintenance had them done same day They are also very quick with snow clean-up. The rooms really are huge. The bedrooms are larger than what we had in our home. The layout of the rooms is great, especially like the openness of kitchen dining livingroom. Nice sized laundry room...I was able to keep my washer and dryer. If I could find any downfall, it would be that the master bath is kind of small, but that is such a minor issue. Shopping, etc. is so close and so easy to get to but where the complex is located you have the feeling of being away from it all . It is so quiet and peaceful. The landscaping is beautiful, I'm into gardening and love the variety of trees and shrubs. No matter where you live you will hear your neighbors. The surprising thing here is that IF you hear anything from the neighbors it is so muffled that it isn't an issue. I'm writing this review from the perspective of a homeowner transitioning to apartment living. And like all of this isn't enough, you get a covered parking spot included which is actually close to your apartment So far, Orchard Cove has proven to be an overall better home than we could ever have imagined.

|Recommended: YesOrchard Cove Is A Life Saver — Grateful to the staff here at Orchard Cove. They helped us get an apartment quickly and it was updated prior to move in. Property has a lot to offer and they continue to improve their offerings to their tenants. Maintenance crews arrive promptly when work orders are submitted and most are completed with one visit. Rates are very reasonable and they saved us a ton by having onsite storage for our belongings. Liked them so much we have renewed our lease
|Recommended: YesLong Time Resident — We have lived at Orchard Cove for 9 years in July. We have raised our children here. We have enjoyed the amenities like the pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, workout room and a great park commons area. Our apartment is usually pretty quiet and we haven't had many issues with neighbors. Maintenance request are completed almost immediately and the staff is very easy to work with.

|Recommended: YesFantastic Experience Renting At Orchard Cove Apartments — We needed short-notice housing for a somewhat short-term while we built a retirement home. Orchard Cove Apartments and the management staff have proven to be a fantastic solution for us. The professional staff truly get to know you by name and recognize you when you enter the office. When our short-term lease needed to extend by a few months the staff took care of every detail and made a seamless adjustment for us. The complex is very well maintained, the facilities are adequate and complete, and there is a calm community atmosphere. There are also conveniences in all directions just minutes away. We looked at several other apartment complexes, but nothing else came close to what we found at Orchard Cove. We have no regrets for our selection for housing, and we highly recommend this apartment complex.
|Recommended: YesExcellent — We had really enjoyed living here. Management was very friendly and responsive. The grounds were pretty well kept and the community very friendly. The only downside was that some people did not clean up after their emotional support animals, so you sometimes had to watch where you stepped.

|Recommended: YesGood And Quiet Neighborhood — I love living here. We can occasionally hear our neighbors behind us in our town home, but they have children so we understand. My only issue is kids as young as 3-4 being unsupervised outside and causing issues for residents.
|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here. — Property is well maintained. The apartments are very spacious for the price. They are lightening fast in fixing problems inside the apartment. The staff is so friendly and nice. THEY HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR TEACHERS We love the pool. The play areas are great for kids. They remove snow super quick. The only complaints I have are that I can hear the guy below me yelling and swearing at his little kids, which breaks my heart. Also I wish they had a rule that you need to smoke 25 yards from every entrance. I love to keep my patio door open in nice weather but there is often smoke coming in from my downstairs neighbor. Over all I would recommend this place to anyone.
|Recommended: YesAn Absolutely Lovely Place To Live — It feels secure, friendly, and very well kept. I absolutely love my place and the support from the staff. They have fun events that engage everyone in the community and take care of issues quickly and efficiently.
The grounds are kept pristine and everything is in good condition. The apartment is immaculate and the online portal is friendly and easy to use.
I only have one complaint. The smoking rules are rather lax. Technically you can only smoke in the parking lot, but there have been several people smoking on balconies and in stairwells. Enforcement of this one issue is low. If the smell of smoke bothers you be wary.
